Ray is a graduate of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (Bachelor degree of Economics), with a professional qualification Certified Financial Planner (CFP). He has been working in financial industry over 12 years with wide range of experiences including management, investment, Fintech start-up.

He is actively participating different kind of social services such as being the Co-opted member in Traffic & Transport Committee of Central & Western District Council (2014-2015 & 2017-2019) and Project Management Committee Member of Government funding project “Glass Recycling for Greener Tomorrow” (2014-2015). Currently, he is the Vice Chairman of Institute of Financial Planners of Hong Kong (IFPHK).

In addition, he has good connection with Hong Kong major medias. He is a columnist in Apple Daily, Ming Pao and Hong Kong Economic Journal.
