Kei Ngan

Kei has been in the real estate industries in both Hong Kong and Mainland China for more than 10 years, most notably with his previous experience in Vanke and current position as the General Manager of a Shenzhen based property developer. As a founding member of TKS, Kei is backed by a rich portfolio of commercial, institutional and residential developments across the Greater Bay Area. As a chartered architect – a certified member of Architect Registration Board (Hong Kong), Kei also gained his professional experience in the world renowned architecture and design practice, Aedas, involved in award-winning projects such as the Forum in Exchange Square in Central and working with clients such as Hong Kong Land and the Links. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Master of Architecture degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
